A shop-vac gets the visible puddle. Our Water Extraction process is built for what's still soaking into materials underneath, which is where the real damage lives.

Different surfaces hold water differently — concrete, hardwood, and carpet pad each need their own extraction technique and dwell time, not a single generic approach applied to all three.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
Commercial extraction units outpull portable equipment on every surface type we work with.
A job isn't finished until moisture readings confirm it, not a visual pass-through.
Less drive time means extraction starts sooner, which matters most in the first hours.
The quote reflects the actual square footage and severity, not a per-gallon meter running up.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Standing water comes out first, then detailed extraction moves into carpet, pad, and seams.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
We weigh larger sections before and after extraction to confirm actual moisture removal.
Slab surfaces absorb and release moisture on a different timeline than wood subfloor.
Furniture and upholstered items get evaluated on-site for extraction versus replacement.
We don't sign off on extraction without a documented reading behind it.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
We don't cherry-pick which water extraction jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.
"Moisture readings after the fact gave me real confidence, not just a verbal assurance."
Jasper L., Amery"They tested pad separately from carpet, which caught moisture I would've missed entirely."
Rosalind P., Amery"No hidden per-gallon charges — the quote held exactly."
Micah S., Amery"They extracted from behind built-in cabinetry without damaging the cabinets themselves, which I honestly hadn't expected them to manage."
Fernanda Q., Amery"They walked me through exactly what the moisture meter was reading at each stage."
Zora P., AmeryIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 54001, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Amery address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our water extraction service area, just call — we'll confirm quickly rather than making you guess.
